SPONSORSText Box: Company History

The Autism Help Network, Inc. was started in 2006 after the Founder’s child was diagnosed with ASD. The founding Board of Directors consisted of parents and Autism Professionals alike, who shared the same vision of a unified community surrounding Autism.

Aware of the numerous struggles families face today, AHN developed a mission that incorporated the needs of those who are affected today as well as developing a strong pathway for those of tomorrow.

Through various programs AHN has successfully been able to offer assistance to many families in the Autism Community nationwide. Offering financial support to those who are in need, and offering creative solutions to those who feel there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

In 2007, AHN created and developed the Autism Globe Magazine as a way to help distribute commonly used information in the hopes of providing a concrete structure for families seeking guidance. By taking everyday situations and offering various solutions, the Autism Globe has grown to over 10,000 readers nationwide and is still offered free of charge to anyone wishing to read an issue.

Other successful programs developed by AHN have been, F.A.C.T. (Fathers of Autism Coalition Team), Autism in the Churchplace, The Grandparents Survival Guide, and the creation of the Autism Family Field Day.

Today, our staff works with our Board of Directors, Professional Advisory Council, and a list of creative and innovative parents from across the country to continue to develop and implement new and exciting programs for the entire community to enjoy.

To improve the quality of life for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families.
